3CODES is an agency specialized in website creation, mobile application development, SEO, maintenance, and hosting, offering a website showcasing our services and achievements.

In order to offer its services, 3CODES collects personal data from users of its website when they make contact or request information. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the means used to collect, consult, process and store users’ personal data.

3CODES, as data controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data.

All personal data is collected directly from users (information provided when contacting us through the website or requesting information) or indirectly during visits to the website (connection and navigation data).

This personal data is collected solely to manage information requests, ensure technical support in case of issues, and enable optimal communication with our clients.

Access to the 3CODES website may be impaired if consent to the collection of the data mentioned in this Privacy Policy is not provided.

Current legislation protects users’ privacy and requires all data controllers to be able to demonstrate a legitimate reason for processing data. • Where applicable, the relevant courts, mediators, chartered accountants, statutory auditors, lawyers, bailiffs, collection agencies, police or gendarmerie authorities in the event of theft or judicial requisition, emergency services, etc.

3CODES undertakes not to transmit user data to third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, any natural person using the 3CODES website has the following rights:

• A right of access, rectification and deletion of collected data
• The right to object to data processing
• The right to restrict processing
• The right to portability of collected data
• Formulate directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of personal data after your death, in accordance with article 40-1 of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978.

Finally, if 3CODES detects a violation of personal data likely to generate a high risk for the rights and freedoms of its users, it undertakes to inform the users concerned as soon as possible.

In the event of no response or an unsatisfactory response, the user may refer the matter to the supervisory authority in his or her country of residence, in France the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/.

It is agreed that personal data will only be transferred to the European Union (EU) for data hosting by 3CODES. Any transfer of data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) as well as laws and regulations respecting the protection of personal data.

 

User data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes set out herein, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In this respect, data used for prospecting purposes may be kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact with the prospect concerned. User data is deleted when the retention periods expire. Nevertheless, data may be archived for longer periods than those provided for, for the purposes of establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of making such data available to the judicial authorities where necessary. Archiving means that the data will be anonymized after three years, and will no longer be available online, but will be extracted and stored on an autonomous, secure medium.

CODES and its subcontractors mentioned in Article 4 hereof, undertake to implement all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of our processing of personal data and the confidentiality of data, in application of the French Data Protection Act (Loi informatique et Libertés) and the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD). In this respect, 3CODES takes the necessary precautions, in view of the nature of the data and the risks presented by the processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

When browsing the website, information relating to the navigation of the user’s terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be recorded in files called “Cookies”. Cookies are used to track browsing patterns and analyze user behavior. Users can modify their cookie preferences through their browser software.
